Terms & Conditions of Purchase

General
A binding contract for the sale of all products will be created upon a communication being sent by Immergruen to the buyer confirming the acceptance of the buyer's order and upon no other event. 'Acceptance' shall for the avoidance of doubt be at the time the communication is 'sent' by Immergruen.


Ordering
You can order online using our very simple and secure PayPaL ordering system. Find the product that you want at our online shop and add it to your shopping card. Once you have selected all your products, go to check out and complete the order choosing any of the payment options.

You can pay by Credit or Debit cards or by cheque. If you choose to pay by credit or debit cards, then your order will be automatically sent to our warehouse for packing and delivery. You can also send the order form on-line and send a cheque quoting your order reference. Order Confirmation will be sent to you automatically with an Order Number.

Order Confirmation will be sent to you via email or by post. Cheques should be made payable to Immergruen Ltd, please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of the cheque.

You can call Immergruen on 0845 003 5293 and order all the products your require. You will be given a price including handling costs. The completion of an order form and payment for the products shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

Payment Options

We accept payment in the following ways:
By credit or debit cards via our Pay pal system or by by cheque or BACS. Cheques should be made payable to 'Immergruen Ltd.', please write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of the cheque.
The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to delivery, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling and in the case of payment by cheque, drawn on a bank account located within the United Kingdom.

In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, then title to the products shall remain with Immergruen until such time as payment in full is received. Immergruen reserve the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.

Immergruen will ensure that your order and any payment information you provide are kept private and confidential. Immergruen will not retain any customer information beyond that reasonably necessary to confirm your order, dispatch the products and trace the delivery. Immergruen does not supply customer information to third parties other than as specifically stated herein (i.e. to enable the carrier to deliver the products).
Where the buyer is using the online payment method, Immergruen uses a secure PayPal web shop system who have secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected. Paying by this method will require the buyer to visit another website domain. Immergruen accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for errors or omissions on the part of PayPal, which result in the disclosure of confidential information, loss, expense or damage howsoever arising to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms of business of
PayPal before using the service.


Pricing & Availability
All prices are in UK Pounds are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice to take into account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur it the course of manufacturing the products.

All items displayed on the website are usually in stock in our warehouse unless 'Out of Stock' is displayed next to a product, in which case it is out of stock. New stock usually takes 3-5 days to arrive from the suppliers, unless it is out of stock at the supplier, which could then take longer.

The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. In the unlikely event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will call you to inform you of the situation and discuss with you how to progress the order.
