Postage Rates & Delivery Information

 

We charge an all inclusive handling fee including packaging, delivery and transfer costs.

All orders under £29.95 are subject to a £2.95 handling fee. Delivery to Europe is charged at a rate of £2.95. For the US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world the handling fee for orders under £29.95 is £2.95.

On orders totalling more than £29.95: Free delivery for the UK. For Europe the charge is £0.00, the US and Canada and the rest of the world the charge will be £0.00.

Normal delivery times are:
UK 1-3 working days,
Europe 3-5 working days,
Worldwide 6-12 working days

We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of. For Europe and overseas deliveries, the buyer is regarded as the importer of record. The buyer may therefore be subject to additional charges duties and/or taxes, which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Immergruen is not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by the buyer save as are specifically included within the delivery charge or as otherwise provided for herein.

How to order

You can order online using our very simple and secure PayPaL ordering system. Find the product that you want at our online shop and add it to your shopping card. Once you have selected all your products, go to check out and complete the order choosing any of the payment options.You can pay by Credit or Debit cards. An order confirmation will be sent to you automatically.

You can also send an email to mail@immergruen.co.uk and place your order this way. We will ask you after you provided us with your name and the products you'd like to order to send a cheque to:

Payment requirements

The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to delivery, unless previous arrangements have been made. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling and in the case of payment by cheque, drawn on a bank account located within the United Kingdom.

In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, then title to the products shall remain with Immergruen until such time as payment in full is received. Immergruen reserve the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.

Immergruen Ltd. will ensure that your order and any payment information you provide are kept private and confidential. Immergruen will not retain any customer information beyond that reasonably necessary to confirm your order, dispatch the products and trace the delivery. Immergruen does not supply customer information to third parties other than as specifically stated herein (i.e. to enable the carrier to deliver the products).

Where the buyer is using the online payment method, Immergruen Ltd. uses a secure PayPal web shop system who have secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected. Paying by this method will require the buyer to visit another website domain. Immergruen accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for errors or omissions on the part of PayPal, which result in the disclosure of confidential information, loss, expense or damage howsoever arising to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms of business of PayPal before using the service.


Pricing & Availability

All prices are in UK Pounds are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without notice to take into account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur it the course of manufacturing the products.

All items displayed on the website are usually in stock in our warehouse unless 'Out of Stock' is displayed next to a product, in which case it is out of stock. New stock usually takes 3-5 days to arrive from our suppliers, unless it is out of stock at the supplier, which could then take longer.

The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. In the unlikely event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will call you to inform you of the situation and discuss with you how to progress the order.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Immergruen. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with one or more of our teas, please send it back, in its original condition, including your original documents and specifying your reasons for return, and we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).

Please note, your statutory rights are not affected.

All returns must be carried out within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item we delivered to you was faulty or in error.
