I am sure that my baby has benefited from me drinking it, her discomfort has become notably less. I drink it every day and actually enjoy the flavour. The nursing tea is equally good, I enjoy it slightly less than the other one, but it does what it says on the tin. I drink it at times of increased demand so that I can satisfy my baby. I suffer, as do a lot of other people from a 'sluggish' tummy as I don't care to drink much water but enjoy drinking this tea and often as well 3 - 4 cups a day. I didn't really need an increase in my supply I was just curious and got a shock! It definitely works! I haven't tried the baby tea for very long but my little girl likes it and going by the breastfeeding one I have high hopes. I also like it because it is organic and sugar free.The only thing I would like to add is that we had some trouble with the delivery of the teas (not Immergruen but Royal Mail) and Immergruen were fantastic, they went above and beyond normal service and the communication was second to none.
